Who I Am

Senior Orthopaedic Physiotherapist

About me: Obed Abomako PortraitMy name is  Obed and I am a senior orthopaedic Physiotherapist with particular interest in sport injuries.

I graduated in Physiotherapy from The University West of England in 2021 and also awarded the ‘Mullany Prize for Excellence’ for my contribution during the academic year.
Emersons Green hospital, Bristol, was my first place of practise after qualifying, treating patients post-surgery both impatient and outpatient. Currently employed at Sulis hospital, Bath where my caseload is similar with some added responsibilities as a senior.

I have added valuable knowledge to my learning by shadowing the very experienced Romyna at the clinic, seeing a variety of caseloads and musculoskeletal conditions. I have been able to enhance my skills in mobilisations, exercise prescription and electrotherapy.

I am registered with the HCPC and also a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapist.

Looking forward to welcoming you in our clinic.
